We strive to offer a serene and restful atmosphere at all times. Therefore, we carefully manage the number of appointments we book to ensure personal attention and to maintain calm surroundings. The spa is also a "cell-free" zone.

We respect the value of your time as well as ours. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. This gives you time to complete all consultation forms, relax in the front room and enjoy a refreshing drink. Winding down for just a few minutes will help you achieve maximum benefits from your treatment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask that our cancellation and rescheduling policy of 48 hours for packages and 24 hours for all other services be observed so that we may reschedule your appointment without inconvenience or disruption to your day. Sadly, the lack of appropriate notice or not making it to your appointment affects many people — you, first and foremost; but also our team members who were here for you; and the person who would have benefitted from the appointment they could not book for that time. Cancellation fee without requested notice: 25% of service value.
